Single 'CO'(2mm) or no-return 'Ul'(4mm) heating cable. 'Cl' model with bigger diam. (6 mm et +) available... as heating or snow melting.
The 'CO' COPAL floor heating cable is very thin (3/32(3mm))and does not require a protecting mass of mortar to surround the installation. Thus there is no noticeable change in floor elevation when the system is installed on any existing subfloor.
- Single Heating cable 'CO' (2mm) is 2 watts per li.ft. Indoor use only.
- Twin Heating cable 'UL' (4mm) is 3 watts per li.ft. Indoor use only.
- Single Heating cable 'CL' (6mm) is 5 watts per li.ft. Indoor and outdoor use.
'CO'...The installation on plywood floor is made with a stapler type t-25 with fastener +- 7/16 inch and/or with plastic strapping. Install the cable with a 2 inch interval as main heating or a 3 inches interval as secondary heating. 'CO' cable is available in pre-determined lengths that cover a surface area of 25 to 165 square feet.. his small size does not increases your floor.
'UL'...The installation on plywood floor is made with plastic strapping .Install the cable with a 3 inch interval as main heating or a 4 inches interval as secondary heating 'UL' cable is available in pre-determined lengths that cover a surface area of 20 to 257 square feet... this twin cable has no-return.
'Cl'...install directly on the concrete with metal strapping or in the concrete on the wire mesh. Indoor use, the heating cable space is between 4 and 6 inches , and outdoor use as snow melting the cable space is 1.5 inch. Twelve COPAL models available
